Frequently asked questions
Does it need the internet to work?
No. Billing, stock and reports all work offline. The app only needs the internet to activate your license, check it now and then, share invoices on WhatsApp and download updates.
Where is my data stored?
On your own PC. Pharmatory takes a backup automatically every day when you close it, and you can save backups to a USB drive or another folder whenever you want.
Can I use it on more than one PC?
Yes. Each license key allows a set number of PCs. If you need more, tell us how many and we will set up the right key. You can move a key to a new PC yourself.
Which printers does it support?
Any printer that works with Windows. Invoices can be printed on A4, A5 or 80mm thermal paper, or saved as PDF.
How do updates work?
When a new version is ready, the app shows a message. Click Update now and it installs the next time you restart. Your data and license stay as they are.
